 Shop Estate Liquidators!

More often than not, the estate, this personal property – the property that is actually a lifetime of memories and cherished items - is donated or thrown away and money that could have been liquidated is lost!

More often than not, the estate, this personal property – the property that is actually a lifetime of memories and cherished items - is donated or thrown away and money that could have been liquidated is lost!  All because no one knew what to do.  The most cost efficient method to dispose of the personal property is through an estate liquidation sale.  Each item is priced at a "fair" but "bargain" price, so that the majority of items will sell and bring in the best possible proceeds for the client. It is a cost efficient solution for attorneys, executors, and family members that can be executed quickly - efficiently - and fairly.

Estates, homes really, are filled with memories and things of old and new.  Instead of feeling awful about disposing of someone else’s memories and treasures, try feeling happy that you are giving someone else chance for a new memory.  Think of it as a beautiful gift to another person to enjoy and cherish and to fill their “estate” with.  Don’t feel sad about giving-up that special item, feel good about making someone else happy with a “new” item.  And even though that item may not new as in “mint-in-box”, it is still a “new” item to the new owner, and will be enjoyed and treasured all the same.

” If you don't know our service exists - we can't help you.  It’s important that folks find out that there is such a service available.   Heirs and Executors need to know the service is available before they can utilize it", states Renee Poole, owner of Call Renee! Estate Liquidation.  “I would like to reach out and inform more people that services such as ours is available to them, at a most difficult time.   Dealing with a death in the family, and the liquidation of personal property can spread emotional havoc! Under this enormous stress and time restraint it is a difficult task.  Any heir or Executor of an estate can easily spend unnecessary time and money with the consuming dimensions involved.

In Las Vegas, Call Renee!, will hold an estate sale on the premises and sell everything, leaving only walls!  The service has been highly successful in sales they have held. "The first thing I tell a client is not to throw anything out," Renee tells us,  "Emotions interfere with the process and its best to let us decide what to sell.  I have come to a appointment many times where a dumpster is filled with very saleable stuff – leaving only furniture which is what the client thought was saleable.   We price the items, display them, and have a Weekend Sale,  with a clean out the following Tuesday, leaving the house empty.  All in 7 days!  I sell everything from antiques to pots and pans - spices left in cabinets - toilet paper - clothes !

Photos are put on our website so that the estate sale buyers will know what to expect at each sale.  We were the first estate liquidator in Las Vegas to begin using email  announcements to let potential buyers and estate sale shoppers know what’s up for sale.   Our clients get paid just days after the sale is completed.  Because we have a real time antique mall in Las Vegas (Not Just Antiques Mart), better items that did not sell at the estate sale, go there on consignment while lesser-valued items get donated in the clients name.   Our fee is usually a percentage of the sale Gross.   Not Just Antiques Mart, by the way, is a great place to visit when you’re in Las Vegas.  It’s a 12,000 sq ft antique & collectibles consignment mart – and because Call Renee! is there – the treasures are always changing…..quickly!   We get all the estates that are too small for an on-site sale and have many who come by and check it out once a week…just in case that treasure is there.  Not Just Antiques Mart is also a ebay drop off store and you can watch their auctions on ebay with the user name of notjustantiquesmart.  At this location, Renee offers a Free Appraisal Day the first Sunday of each month, and Free Coin & Currency appraisals the 2nd Sunday of each month.

“It is an amazing experience each time, to come into a home filled with years of living and memories, and empty it in 7 days.  I say that I'm an adoption agency passing on cherished items!

As an Estate liquidator, I am part psychologist, as it is hard for elders to give up their possessions, which are their memories – and it is hard for those who have lost loved ones to NOT  feel guilty about "selling" the items. I come in and help people decide what to do next and help them get to the next step in their lives.

No matter where you live, there should be a reputable estate liquidator available to help you.   Call your local Chamber of Commerce and see who’s available.  At this time, Call Renee! has gone national and is looking to help train those interested in beginning their own estate liquidation service.

Renee, of Call Renee Estate Liquidation has been in business for over 20 years.    Moving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, her business has proudly grown into a 12,000 sq ft antique & collectibles mall, Not Just Antiques Mart located at 1422 Western Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada (702) 384-4922  http://www.NotJustAntiquesMart.com

Not the average antique boutique

Shop offers Tea Room,

Not Just Antiques Mart owners Renee and Jessica Poole are looking forward to celebrating the first anniversary of their business March 3.

Not Just Antiques Mart, 1422 Western Ave., is a 12,000 square-foot antique shop chock-full of both common and uncommon antique finds. The shop has numerous dealer booths and rooms as well as an estate room, where Renee Poole displays some of the treasures from her other business, Call Renee! Estate Liquidation.

Two of the more important developments in the past year are that the store is now a stop on the First Friday trolley route and the opening of the Tea Room, which offers a full lunch menu.

"We are really excited to be a stop on First Friday," Renee Poole, mother of Jessica, said. "And we show a lot of local artists for free for First Friday."

One of the reasons Renee choose the location was because of the proximity to the growing arts district in the area of Charleston Boulevard and Main Street.

During First Friday, when the majority of the arts district shops and studios put on one big inviting open house, the Pooles offer free food, entertainment and Tarot card readings.

"This area is great for the arts," Renee Poole noted.

The facility offers many forms of art, from paintings to hand-welded architectural dinning tables. And the antiques run the gamut of Barbie dolls to late 18th century furniture.

The newly launched Tea Room, open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, offers customers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy tea and snacks.

The Not Just Antiques Mart is a joint effort between mother and daughter, who both take on separate roles, making it a relatively smooth operation.

"I've watched my mom do this for so long, and I'm still learning so much," Jessica Poole said. "And it's interesting and fun to work together."

Jessica Poole serves as the manager and deals with customers, while Renee Poole spends more time acquiring the merchandise and interacting with dealers and seeking consignments. And all of the employees work together to help the community become more familiar with antiques.

Renee Poole said one of her goals is to educate the community about antiques, and part of that, she said, is to take some time every month to help people become more familiar with the treasures they may have.

So, the Pooles have created two monthly events in which they share their knowledge with interested customers.

The first Sunday of each month, they offer Free Appraisal Day and on the second Sunday of each month they offer Free Barbie Doll & Coin and Currency Appraisal Day.

Janice Kieffner and her mother, Kathy Kieffner, have been running the Faded Cottage, a room in the Not Just Antiques Mart, since the business opened. The Kieffners decided to show their items at the Poole's store because of their ongoing business relationship with Renee Poole.

"My mom and I both got to know Renee over the years," Kathy Kieffner said. "And when she mentioned an antique mall, we believed in her vision, and we knew it would be terrific."

Kieffner said she didn't have doubts that the business would reach its first anniversary, which she knows can sometimes be a difficult task.

"The location is great, and her reputation alone has brought in a lot of people," Kieffner said. "And she has a lot of highly collectable antiques that bring people in, too."

So, at the one-year mark, all those involved are excited for what the future will bring.

"Different shops have different philosophies, each store in Las Vegas is unique with different dealers and venues," Renee Poole said. "And we really try to teach people, we're very customer oriented, and we're going to keep doing that."

More information about the store and the free appraisal days can be found at www.notjustantiquesmart.com.
